The plot is simple and straight out of the lives of most of us who lived their teenage/adolescent life between the period of year 2000-2010. Well, Ashu, out of curiosity, begin chatting experience as Junglecat through yahoo flirting chatrooms. After a series of desperate messages Junglecat finally finds a person with an ID Lionking.
First of all, the name ‘faceless’ could have been a great name, if it was significant to the story in any way. I’d assume either it was the author’s confusion about picking up a name and he went for faceless, or he wanted to correlate the three facts that Kabir himself was confused about naming his alter ego, kept his face hidden behind a mask, and the author wanted to emphasize on the fact that he uses facebook as a weapon (facebook/faceless, similar words and similar fonts too, ring any bells?).
“Wings of Courage” as the name suggests is a story about courage. Whose courage? Yours and mine if we really decide to juice out something from it, beautifully portrayed through the protagonist Saksham. The story is about Saksham, a fairly rich boy, just when he was about to finish his graduation, undergoes a series of incidents and finds himself struggling between his love life, his career, and the socio-political condition of India.
I would like to award this book with four stars out of five. The topic chosen by the author is a critical topic that can only be dealt with care and compassion. The story is about Hazel Grace and Augustus Waters, both victims of different kinds of cancers. The main story starts off when Hazel Grace finds a blue-eyed boy staring her throughout a Cancer Support group in the literal heart of Jesus.
