All you need is the right intention and some weights & other gear.

Manage an appropriate schedule

It’s important that you sustain a proper schedule for every hour of the day. Not only would it help you find the time for working out, but also correct any ill-timed activities including eating and sleeping habits. Joining a diet club can also help you out achieving quick results.

Drink lots of water

Drinking water has lots of benefits. It also helps in reducing weight in more than one ways. Drinking extra water would make you feel full earlier, thus eat less. Drink a glass of water half an hour before the meal to aid in digestion and improve intestinal motility.

Fruits and vegetables

Eating fruits and vegetables that are rich in fibers, vitamins and minerals and poor in fat, is certainly going to make a lot of difference. Since eating them would make you full earlier, you’d consume lesser of routine food that is richer in carbohydrates and fats.

Find a notepad and pen, and make sure you carry it wherever you go. What to do with it? Well, note down everything you eat in it. When you’re noting everything down it’s less likely that you’d eat something that is unhealthy or adds to that fat.

Sleep well

Sleeping adequately and without stress is a great way to fit your body fit. Not only it would help you maintain a proper and efficient schedule, thus giving you more time for working out, sleep also helps improve body metabolism and other functions.
